Yesterday I experienced the most delicious cookie to have ever entered my mouth, and sadly it wasn’t one of my own. Rather, it was one of my favorite childhood friends, Teresa, who shattered my baking pride with her amazing peanut butter chocolate chip cookies. And like a true friend, she sent me off with a stacked plateful of them.
